Hello! and welcome to Relax! its's yoga website. Yoga has been a part of my life for the past several years. I turned to yoga to relieve my back pain and wrist pain, and realized the benefits that I was getting for my whole body and mind. I take great joy in offering hatha yoga classes for anyone who would love to give this ancient practice a try.

 

I am always keen and curious about learning different healing methods, and keep myself updated by reading and attending workshops. Along with yoga, I am also passionate about Meditation, Ayurveda and Singing.
